Hot Tamale Mixed Bulb Garden Care
Detailed care instructions will be included with every shipment.
Light and Temperature: Your bulbs will be happiest grown in a cool location that receives bright light. Your sunniest window away from a direct heat source will be the best spot. Rotate the garden periodically to allow for even light and to keep the stalks growing straight.
Watering: Soil should be kept evenly moist at all times. Bulbs will take up a lot of water quickly, so check the moisture level daily.
Growing and Pruning Tips: Long and leggy stems can be a result of high temps and/or low light – if this happens, you can stake the blooms, cut the stems and enjoy them in a vase, or embrace and enjoy the wild look!

Reblooming Notes
Potted bulb gardens (excluding amaryllis or paperwhites) may be planted outdoors in a sunny location once all danger of frost has passed (zones 3-8 only). Remove the garden from its liner and pot into the ground any time that the soil can be worked.
Forcing bulbs indoors uses up a great deal of their energy, and it may take a few years for the bulbs to rejuvenate and bloom again.
