At Bulb & Blossom, we’re flower lovers at heart, and our mission is to spread the joy of blooming bulbs with our customers. We want you to be totally delighted with your bulb order, because it’s what we’d want for ourselves.

We guarantee that our bulb products will ship to you in a state of excellent quality, they’ll be true-to-name, and that they’ll perform beautifully when given the proper care. If there’s a problem, we’ll solve it with your choice of a refund or replacement.

When you receive your order, please carefully inspect it for quality and accuracy, and report any concerns to us right away. Our Product Care page contains detailed information about what your bulbs should look like on arrival.

Something we can’t guarantee is the exact timing of blooms for any bulb product. Many factors can influence this, like the specific variety, the temperature in your home, light levels, humidity, etc. If you are looking to have blooms for a particular date (Christmas, for example) we can advise varieties that grow more quickly, and we can also provide tips on how to speed up or slow down growth.

If you’ve waited patiently for your bulbs to bloom and they don’t appear to be the correct variety, please get in touch with us. We may require pictures to get to the root of the problem (pun intended), but we will work with you to make things right!
